Lee Wochner | CEO & Creative Strategist
Born and raised in New Jersey, Lee brings a hard-driving but honestly caring sensibility to his work at Counterintuity. With almost 20 years of organizational consulting both independently and with Counterintuity, he is highly regarded as a facilitator and strategic leader able to bring disparate groups to consensus. He has training and practical experience in creative solutions, logic and criticism, with degrees in literature and a masters in professional writing from the University of Southern California. A frequent guest speaker, he is recognized by the State of California as a “California Thinker.”
Amy Kramer | President & Marketing whiz
Amy holds a B.S. in Journalism and Advertising, with a minor in Marketing, from the University of Maryland, College Park. Her marketing and design experience includes the direct response company Completely Direct, LLC, where she designed, executed, and interpreted reporting for a $200 million marketing campaign including monthly sales forecasting, break-even analysis, and performance assessment. Previously, she was owner and principal at Clever Pup Web Design, a full-service web design and development company responsible for creating and maintaining almost 100 websites over three years for organizations large and small across the country. She is certified as an email marketer, and holds digital marketing certifications from Google.
JONATHAN JOSEPHSON | DIRECTOR OF CLIENT STRATEGY
Armed with 10 years of professional experience spanning numerous major markets and nearly every aspect of marketing, publicity, communications and promotions, Jonathan is a wordsmith and strategic thinker who knows how to think big and make things happen. Extensive background in the sphere of live arts and entertainment includes marketing campaigns for Cirque du Soleil, Center Theatre Group, Washington National Opera, Walking With Dinosaurs, LA Phil, Westfield Shopping Centers, and many others. Jonathan has also consulted for Project Angel Food, the Geffen Playhouse and the Pasadena Public Library.
JIN LEE | DESIGNER
Hailing from Seoul, South Korea, Jin brings more than a decade of comprehensive graphic design experience to Counterintuity. A specialist in both web design and graphical work for print and advertising campaigns, she takes tremendous pride in adapting her own dynamic artistic style into the voice of every client that she works with. Jin is also a yoga instructor, a practice that she credits for the tremendous focus that she brings to her projects and every aspect of her life.
JOE CURET | DESIGNER
Joe brings a clean, modern, accessible look to all his designs, working from his conviction that “If your grandmother doesn’t understand the basic concept, it’s probably not good.” Complexity, in other words, doesn’t always equal success. A designer for many years, Joe, a recent transplant from Nashville, is a longtime drummer and former touring musician who embraces his passion for life and travel. He plays music as often as possible, and enjoys bicycling, movies and TV, and the occasional quality bourbon.
Justin Wright | Junior DESIGNER
With international training in computer science, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering – as well as fierce skills with WordPress, Photoshop, InDesign and more – Justin melds a scientific approach with the creative arts. Prior to arriving at Counterintuity, he served as a freelance designer and developer for numerous clients across the United States. As a lifelong learner, he stays current on the latest trends and advancements; as a driven team player, he delivers his utmost to every project.
ANDREW BENTON |
Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, and with a degree in marketing from CSUN, Andrew is a Los Angeleno through and through. Since his arrival at Counterintuity in 2014, he has since managed dozens of community engagement efforts and website projects to stunning fruition. A dedicated member of any team that he works with, Andrew is a consummate professional and perpetual generator of positivity.
Julian Czubakowski |
A personable marketing communications professional with six years of hands-on experience in project management, social media and print/digital ad creation, Julian has a demonstrated record as a reliable project manager and creative idea contributor across the Travel, TV Studio, Wine, Hotel and Events industries. He has successfully launched and managed a broad range of marketing campaigns and brings with him a wealth of client-side experience to the agency side. Prior to joining Counterintuity, he oversaw the digital, print and email execution of national account advertising plans for market leader Viking Cruises.
Faith Prescott |
A big picture thinker with a process-oriented approach, Faith takes an organized yet versatile approach to ensure projects are completed — with results. She brings years of experience and determination to connect clients with projects and projects with marketing tools. She has worked with small local to mid-sized national companies that have seen enormous Returns On Investment (ROI) on their marketing initiatives. Ask her about how to manage an armada of geotargeted microsites across multiple brands, or build a comprehensive marketing campaign that reaches target customers.
Chelsea Bishop | Content Writer
Armed with a BA in Journalism from the University of Oregon, Chelsea provides fun, fresh copywriting and social media support for clients and for Counterintuity itself, writing Facebook posts, newsletters, website copy, blogs, and more. Since moving to Los Angeles in 2015, she’s spent her free time making new friends and dropping too much money on sushi.
SHANNON PEACOR |
Shannon brings more than 15 years’ experience in office management and bookkeeping to her role at Counterintuity. She puts her heart into everything she does, whether it’s managing the internal workings of Counterintuity, planning events for clients and co-workers, or leading a troop of 34 girl scouts through various adventures. Shannon loves giving back to the community and believes that good deeds should be silent (and not done for attention).
