President

Amy Kramer is the creative director, analytics tactician, and design visionary and that has helped propel Counterintuity to 40+ major marketing awards in a wide scope of industries. As a savvy account director and master motivator, Amy is one of the most accomplished marketing leaders in the city.

Amy’s vast experience in managing projects, initiatives, and teams includes PBS SoCal; Los Angeles County Arboretum; the University of Southern California; Hollywood Burbank Airport; the San Mateo County Silicon Valley Convention & Visitors Bureau; Center Theatre Group; Hillsdale Shopping Center; Harridge Development, which is developing the Crossroads Hollywood project; and Southern California small businesses and manufacturers such as Ideal Pet Products, R.S. Miles Steel, Pin USA, Maximum Security Safes, Hanson Rivet, VestaCare, Bragg Companies, and MKL Acquisitions.

Previous to her co-founding of Counterintuity, she was owner and principal at Clever Pup Web Design, a full-service web design and development company responsible for creating and maintaining upwards of 100 websites for organizations large and small across the country. Her marketing and design experience also includes extensive work with the direct response company Completely Direct, LLC, where she designed, executed, and interpreted reporting for a $200 million marketing campaign including monthly sales forecasting, break-even analysis, and performance assessment.

Amy holds a B.S. in Journalism and Advertising, with a minor in Marketing, from the University of Maryland, College Park. She is certified as an email marketer (MECLABS) and holds digital marketing certifications from Google.
