- Create a marketing plan. With your North Star in mind, it’s time to plot each step you need to take. Which social media platforms? Mobile or desktop? Should you include emails? This is the nitty- gritty of marketing and our favorite.
- Last, you need to see what’s feasible. Dream big and dream in reality (yes, you can do both). Know your organization’s capacity. Do you have the people power? How much money can you set aside? Understanding what you have can determine what you’re able to achieve.
